At Good Girl Beauty, we pride ourselves on delivering premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • Hair has not been worn, installed, or altered

  • Lace is uncut and intact

  • Tags are still attached

  • Product is returned in its original packaging

  • No signs of odor, product buildup, or styling

Important Notice

For hygiene reasons, any product that has been used, worn, or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Process

  • All approved returns and exchanges are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit will be provided once the item has been received and inspected

Monetary Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued if:

  • You received the wrong item

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the item is safely returned

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Good Girl Beauty is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom wigs or personalized items

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Used or altered products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
